"Jabuka si bila" is an adventurous journey — from Serbia to Normandy and back. This is a truly, truly special apple rakija, entirely dedicated to the story of the legendary Calvados.
We started with the finest apples we could find in our region of western Serbia. We experimented, waited, and at every step in the creation of this remarkable rakija, we followed Calvados-making techniques.
After three years of aging in Serbian oak barrels, we have created a rakija that needs no further description. This is something special just for you and us.

"Zlatna Dunja" (Golden Quince) is made from old native quince varieties, through double distillation and a careful selection of the finest distillates. It was aged for three years in 500-liter Serbian oak barrels.
The result is a rakija with a rich, full-bodied flavor, enhanced by a delicate aromatic layer, reminiscent of the nostalgic scent of a quince resting on top of an old wardrobe.

Carefully selected fruits from the best native apple varieties have been transformed into a rakija of distinctive character and exceptional quality. Produced through double distillation and a meticulous selection of distillates and aged for at least two years in barrels made from oak, "Zlatna Jabuka" (Golden Apple) captivates with fullness and fruity freshness.
It boasts a very rich, juicy flavor that unfolds in elegant layers on the palate. The finish is harmonious, deep, and long-lasting — fruity, with refined sweetness and noble oak notes. An excellent aperitif as well as a digestif, it pairs perfectly with premium aged cheeses.
